For conferences, offsites & festivals

Live in minutes. It answers everything they ask — and tells you what you forgot.

Point it at your programme and share a link — no app, no login, nothing for anyone to install. It answers the practical questions attendees actually ask, all day, and hands you what they needed: the gaps in your own information before the doors open, and what people came looking for once they were inside.

Free for one event · no card · EU-hosted

  • It answers from your programme only — it never invents a time or a room
  • Attendees open a link. No app, no account, nothing to install
  • It rehearses the questions attendees always ask before the doors open — what it cannot answer yet becomes your to-fix list

Two tracks, twelve talks, and the questions a staffed info desk would take.

What an answer looks like

Answers that show, not only tell

A timetable with the session that is on right now marked, and every row exporting to a calendar. A real map, not “see the plan by the entrance”. A photo of the sign they are standing in front of. When something is easier to show than to say, it is shown.

See everything it does
What’s on this morning?
The session running now is marked, and each row exports to a calendar.
Where’s the food court?
The venue’s own plan, with the answer read off it — not “see the map”.
How do I get there?
A real map, where to park, and one tap through to the maps app they already use.

What you get back

Fix what is missing. Then leave with what they needed.

Every question is a signal — including the ones nobody has asked yet. Before anyone arrives, your information is checked against the questions attendees always ask, so the first gap list lands while there is still time to fix it. Then the event itself starts answering: what people came looking for, in what language, and how much of it your own material could not cover.

Before the doors open.
The gap check runs the questions attendees always ask against your content and lists what it cannot answer yet. Settle each one in place: answer it once, point it at a page, or dismiss it — your call is remembered.
While it is running.
Questions it could not answer arrive as a queue: answer one and the concierge has it from then on. Say one thing to everyone from the same screen, in every language it is read in. And the numbers move all day, so you find out during the event rather than at the debrief.
When it is over.
What people asked about, ranked, beside what your information could not cover — and the honest counterweight: how often somebody had to ask the same thing twice. Plus what they told you, if you asked them something of your own.

    Fix gaps once

It shows you what is missing before the doors open, and attendees surface the rest. Answer once — every future attendee gets it.

Will the slides be available afterwards?

That isn’t in the material I have, so I’ve asked the organizers.

    Sent to the organizers

Yes — we email them to everyone the day after.

    Leave with the insights

What people asked about, what your information could not cover, and what they said when you asked them something back. Yours to read, print, or take into planning the next one.
