Privacy & terms

Four documents, and a short version. Every number in them is read from the part of the product that enforces it, so they cannot quietly promise more than the code does. Where we are unsure of our own position, the documents say so on the page.

The documents

• Terms of serviceWhat the service does, what stays yours, how sizes and allowances work — and what we do not promise.
• Privacy policyWhat we hold about organizers and about attendees, how long, who else sees it, and where our own reading may be wrong.
• Data processing addendumFor your attendees’ data you are the controller and we are the processor. Applies automatically; nothing to request.
• Sub-processorsEvery provider behind the product, and whether they can see what an attendee actually typed.

The four documents are in English only. This page, and the notice an attendee reads before asking anything, are in your language. We would rather give you one text we have read carefully than three that can drift apart.

What the product already does

• Answers come only from content the organizer provided. The concierge does not profile attendees or invent sources.
• What attendees ask is shared with their event’s organizer to improve answers, and transcripts are deleted within 90 days by a scheduled job.
• Attendees are never asked who they are. Public events need no account, and analytics are derived from question shapes, not identities.
• Product data is stored in the EU. Generating an answer sends the question to an AI model provider, which may process it outside the EU.
• Organizer accounts use an email address for sign-in and product notices only.

For a privacy request, or anything else you want a person to answer, write to contact@pulsierlabs.com with “Privacy” in the subject. A person reads it, and we aim to answer within 30 days.
