AskConcierge answers the questions an event forgets to write down — schedules, directions, policies, exhibitor details — instantly, from a link or a QR code, with no app and no login for the person asking.

Before the doors open, it also checks its own material and reports what it still can't answer, so an organizer can fix the gap while there is still time — not read about it afterwards in a stream of repeated questions.

AskConcierge is built and operated by Pulsier Labs, currently a sole proprietorship based in Portugal rather than a registered company — stated here plainly rather than implied otherwise. The privacy policy names the controller in full and is the source of truth for anything about your data.

Hosting, the database and outbound email all run on EU infrastructure, in Dublin.
