Everything an attendee asks, answered from what you already wrote
No data entry, no chatbot training, no scripts to maintain. Give it your programme — it answers your attendees, and tells you what you forgot.
- WHEN
- 15 September
- WHERE
- The Brewhouse, Soho
WORTH ASKING
- What’s on this morning?
- When is the coffee break?
- Who is Amara Osei?
Ask the concierge
Two more before lunch.
One link. It lays itself out for whatever they opened it on.
From a link to an answer
Point it at your website. That is the setup.
- 01
Paste your event URL
Or upload the programme PDF, or paste the text. Whichever you already have.
- 02
It reads the pages
Schedule, speakers, the venue plan, the practical details — including what is only in the pictures.
- 03
Attendees just ask
“Where’s the food court?” gets the plan, with the answer read off it.
What an answer looks like
Answers that show, not only tell
A timetable with the session that is on right now marked, and every row exporting to a calendar. A real map, not “see the plan by the entrance”. A photo of the sign they are standing in front of. When something is easier to show than to say, it is shown.
Answers from your content, not guesswork
Session times, room names and speaker details come straight from your ingested programme. The model picks which widget to show — it never invents the timetable.
Wrong once, never again
Unanswered questions land in your help desk. Answer one time and every future attendee gets the corrected answer, served before the model is even called.
Interactive widgets, not walls of text
Schedules, speaker cards, directions and logistics render as structured cards attendees can scan in seconds — with calendar export built in.
It tells you what you forgot
Before the doors open, a gap check runs the questions attendees always ask against your content and lists what is missing. When it is over, a ranked recap of what people actually asked — with CSV export for the debrief.
Public or invite-only
Open conferences get a public link. Internal offsites stay restricted to an approved email list — the same concierge behind a different gate.
EU-hosted and privacy-first
We never ask attendees who they are — no account, no profile. Data stays in the EU. Your content is treated as untrusted input and never blended into system instructions.
Who it's for
Built for the event you're actually running
Conferences & summits
Multi-track schedules, speaker bios and venue logistics — without a staffed info desk.
Company offsites
Restricted to your attendee list. Wi-Fi, room changes and shuttle times on demand.
Festivals & expos
High foot traffic and a shifting programme — one link on every poster.
Agency portfolios
Run several client events from one workspace, each with its own branding.
Try it before you sign up
The demo on the home page is a real concierge running on a real event's content.
Why it looks like this
Every decision in this interface was written down, argued with, and in a few cases reversed. If that is the kind of thing you want to know about a supplier, we wrote it out.
