What we shipped, and what we fixed

Including the small things. A list of features only tells you what we wanted to build; the fixes tell you somebody is using it.

6 August 2026

  • New

See the organizer side without signing up. The demo on the front page is what your attendees get; there is now a worked example of the screens you work in.

  • New

Ask attendees more than one thing. You can run several short questions at once, each with its own dates and its own how-often. Nobody is asked two in one conversation, or the same one twice.

  • New

Analytics shows when people asked, hour by hour, in your event’s own clock. For a one-day event the per-day chart was a single bar.

  • New

A widget answer can now offer a related next question, and it will never repeat what the widget already showed.

  • Better

We only load analytics on this site after you say yes, and never on the concierge your attendees use — that page has no tracking at all.

5 August 2026

  • New

The gap check starts itself once your first content has been read, and tells you when your content has changed since it last ran.

  • New

The gap check leads with the standard topics and how many of them your content covers, above the list of what is missing.

  • New

Every gap row links to the real questions behind it in the Help desk.

  • Better

The post-event report is part of Analytics now rather than a separate page — print that tab and you get the same one-page report.

  • Better

Analytics leads with the question box, and shows what the concierge saved in hours — which needs no setup from you.

  • Better

Knowledge leads with what your concierge already knows, and shows how many pages you have used of your pass.

  • Better

Publish & share leads with the QR code and the link, which is what the tab is for.

  • Better

The concierge’s icon is chosen on Customize, beside the switch that decides whether it is shown — and you can change it by tapping it at the top of the page.

  • Better

A header banner can be uploaded instead of pasting a link to an image you host yourself.

  • Fixed

Answers stopped waiting on us. The typing dots used to keep bouncing for a few seconds after a widget had already finished — that was our bookkeeping running before the answer was released, and it now runs after.

  • Fixed

Adding a website works when you type just the address. It used to silently refuse anything without “https://” in front of it.

  • Fixed

The speakers answer cut off both the session name and its time on a phone.

  • Fixed

Copy, open and delete buttons were invisible on touch screens — they only appeared on hover, which a phone does not have.

  • Fixed

The menu on a phone let the page scroll behind it, and showed our name twice.

  • Fixed

The QR code you downloaded did not match the one on screen — different corners, different colour. There is one code now, and it wears your event’s colour.

  • Fixed

A page we could not read showed its reason cut off mid-sentence.

  • Fixed

“Only selected people” showed no way to add anyone when you were the only person in your workspace.
